Applications are invited for new students to the World’s First Postgraduate Programme in Hydrogen Safety Engineering for the academic year 2010/11.

The Centre for Alternative Technology is organizing a 5 day course on Renewable Energy Systems. The course is suitable for professional development or for those who are interested in getting an overview of renewable technolgies, with practical hands on sessions as well as classroom based learning it offers a great way to get a basic understanding of the technologies covered. Since 2004, the NHA Hydrogen Student Design Contest has challenged multi-disciplinary teams of university students to apply their creativity and academic skills in the areas of design, engineering, economics, environmental science, business and marketing to the hydrogen and fuel cell industries. Students from universities, four-year colleges, community colleges, and vocational schools worldwide are eligible to participate in the Contest. Submissions are evaluated by a diverse panel of judges that include industry representatives and officials at U.S. Department of Energy.
