North American International Auto Show

The North American International Auto Show is taking place in Detroit, Michigan on 9-22 January 2012. NAIAS 2011 featured 53 vehicle debuts with 32 of those being worldwide introductions. Over 5,000 journalists attended from 55 countries. More than 735,000 visitors passed through the doors during public days.

This year, more than 2000 companies represented by 21,000 professionals from the industry are expected to attend the show, and more than 500 vehicles will be on display.

Electric Vehicle Symposium

The Electric Vehicle Symposium will take place in Los Angeles California on May 6-9 2012. The event will host the “Ride, Drive and Charge” event, which allows exhibiting companies with licensed on-road vehicles (as well as lightweight, off-and non-road vehicles, scooters and bikes) are eligible to participate and present their vehicles. 42 lecture sessions, workshops, and poster sessions will be open for participants.
